*Sales on ALL orders are final at the time of the sale.
*The customer is responsible for ALL delivery fees of the Murphy Bed and or Cabinets if return is granted.
*The return of any product will be charged the Delivery Fee and also a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your re-fund.
*Items will not be authorized for a return or refund over 30 days from date of purchase. 
* The Murphy Bed an/ or Cabinets must be in original form from delivery or pick-up.
** A Murphy Bed and/or Cabinets will not be returned after it has been painted or stained.
